Welcome to Spatium Solutions. By booking our services, you're entering into an agreement that values professional space planning and storage solutions. We're committed to transforming your New York living space with the highest care.

Our standard hourly rates apply to all Home Organization and Decluttering Services. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a late-cancellation fee. Why is this necessary? Because our organizers dedicate specific windows of time to single households to ensure focused results.

All payments are due upon completion of the daily session. For larger Move-in/Move-out projects, a deposit may be requested. We don't offer full refunds once the physical organization labor has been performed, though we'll always strive to adjust systems to your liking during the follow-up period.

Digital Organization services are billed per project or per hour, depending on the complexity of your file structure and cloud storage needs.

While we handle your personal property with significant caution, Spatium Solutions isn't liable for pre-existing damage or incidental breakage that occurs during the moving or decluttering process. We're professional organizers, not specialized art handlers or heavy furniture movers.
